We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent (Hotel Services Team Member) to join our Front Office team. If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we’d love to hear from you. This is a part-time role, HIGA Level 3.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is varied, but you’ll typically:
- Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests
- Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain and update guest reservation profiles
- Welcome back IHG members and encourage enrolment in IHG One Rewards
- Promote room upgrades and in-house food & beverage offerings
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a warm, approachable style
- A great attitude and a passion for Adelaide’s local scene
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on creating memorable guest moments
- Positive, motivated energy that lifts both team and guest experiences
- Valid SA Drivers Licence
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
