The Technical Trainer is responsible for enabling internal teams to confidently support, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot Honeywell Multisite products. The role serves as a technical instructor, coach, and subject-matter resource, translating complex refrigeration and building automation concepts into practical learning experiences and clear guidance. Success requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical credibility, and a friendly, outgoing, and supportive approach.

You will report directly to the Multisite Engineering Manager. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Independence, OH or Bentonville, AR location on a Hybrid work schedule (after the first 90 days on-site).
