Sr Specialist SEO LA&C
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO specialist to accelerate organic growth across Latin America and Canada. This role will shape and execute the regional SEO roadmap, improving visibility, discoverability and performance across our digital commerce and consumer experience platforms.
Your day-to-day
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across LA&C markets, aligned with commercial, category, brand and digital channel priorities.
- Own technical, on-page and content SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, user experience and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitive benchmarking and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Content, E-commerce, Product, Technology, Analytics and local market teams to embed SEO requirements into digital roadmaps and campaigns.
- Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to address indexing, crawlability, site architecture, page speed, structured data and other performance issues.
- Define SEO measurement frameworks, dashboards and reporting, translating data into clear recommendations for regional and market stakeholders.
- Monitor search trends, algorithm changes and emerging digital behaviors, adapting strategies and ways of working accordingly.
- Support category and product page optimization, including metadata, internal linking, content structure and digital merchandising.
- Coordinate agencies and external partners, ensuring strong execution, governance and measurable outcomes.
- Lead small projects, share best practices and provide guidance to junior colleagues and market teams.
Who we are looking for
- Strong experience in SEO, organic search, digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally across multiple markets or brands.
- Solid knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, site architecture and search performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Trends, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data, diagnose performance issues and turn insights into prioritized actions and business recommendations.
- Experience working with content management systems and collaborating with product, technology and content teams.
- Knowledge working with LLMs is a big plus
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across countries and functions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English and Spanish
