主要职能：
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- 严格遵守已有的政策和流程（安全，数据完整性，规程等），确保所有技术员完成适当的培训。
Strictly observe the established policies/procedures (safety, procedure, data integrity, etc.), ensure that technicians are trained appropriately.
- 确保化学实验室所有操作的合规性。
Ensure compliance of all chemical laboratory operations.
- 有效进行跨职能部门沟通，以支持一线活动的执行，监督解决问题，并确保及时上报。
Communicating with cross-function effectively and support shop floor execution. Oversight of resolving issues and ensure escalation timely.
- 领导和管理团队，以实现日常生产和商业化活动的绩效指标。
Lead and manage team to achieve performance metrics in routine production and commercialization activities.
- 为团队成员制定和实施有效而多样化的L&D计划，以提供最佳的能力增长。
Develops and implements effective yet diverse L&D plans for team members that provide optimal capability growth.
- 能够预测团队的资源需求，有效管理团队。
Be able to forecast team’s resource needs and manage team effectively.
- 负责团队测试安排，确保测试用物料的可持续使用以及人员、设备就绪。
Responsible for test arrangement, ensure test material/people/equipment are available for future testing.
- 承担实验室相关审计、发现项等的整改执行，协助实验室相关的事件调查。
Take ownership for implementation of countermeasures associated with audits, observations, inspection findings, support deviations related to lab.
- 作为现场操作管理员和技术指导员，通过展示丰富的一线知识，遵守质量体系和使用正确的技术，起模范带头作用。
Work as both operations supervisor and technical instructor, setting a good example through demonstrating abundant shop floor knowledge, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique.
- 确保区域内的行为符合质量标准，及时识别测试过程中潜在的问题，如需要，开启发现项并支持调查。
Assuring quality behavior in the area and identify potential issues during routine test, generate observation and support investigation if need.
- 确保所需物料和设备满足日常运营需求，协调解决日常运营中物料和设备问题。
Maintain inventory of materials and equipment available for routine test needs, coordinate the problem-solving for materials or equipment issues during routine work.
- 积极并主导促进实验室的改善
To support continues improvement for microbiology lab.
基本要求：
Basic Requirement：
- 至少5年以上的制药QC 部门工作经验，本科或同等学历，药学、化学或相关学科。
At least 5 years work experience in Pharmaceutical QC, Bachelor or equivalent, majored in pharmaceuticals, chemical or related sciences.
- 良好的沟通技巧，一线团队合作。
Good communication skill, well relationship with shop floor teamwork.
