Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize software development processes to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into development operations across multiple development teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with software development principles, Honeywell Aerospace processes, data driven quality analysis & compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and direction for software development processes.
- Conduct process deployment, evaluation, and analyses to identify areas for improvement (CPI).
- Document process designs, specifications, and procedures.

Report to: Director of Engineering
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after 90 days
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley)
