As a Program Controls Specialist IV here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a strategic role in leading the control and oversight of complex program elements including scheduling, cost management, and rigorous adherence to earned value management principles to ensure program success. You will partner directly with Program Managers and Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to build executable program plans, establish and manage cost and schedule baselines, and deliver disciplined performance tracking aligned to government and commercial aerospace contractual requirements.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will influence program efficiency and accuracy by providing expert program controls leadership, enabling effective decision-making, and contributing to the timely and cost-effective delivery of aerospace projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs
Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines across program lifecycle phases
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI/SPI and variance reporting
Track budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Prepare internal and customer-facing program performance reports
Support risks and opportunities identification through cost/schedule analysis
Support baseline change control and program governance processes
Drive process improvements and tool enhancements across program controls
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
Mentor and develop junior Project/Program Specialists
