As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in driving procurement strategies and initiatives that achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish strong supplier relationships to support business growth and competitiveness.

This position is responsible for the execution of all Sourcing activities for development programs following the Integrated Product Delivery System (IPDS) Phase 2A thru 5. The selected candidate will be tied directly to the Integrated Program Team (IPT) responsible for executing and meeting all new product development requirements.

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage supplier relationships. You will report directly to the Engines and Power Systems New Product Sourcing (E&PS) Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
