Inspector - Level 2 (Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3:30p)

The annual base salary range for this position is <$48,000 - $72,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of Honeywell’s products by performing thorough inspections that prevent defects from reaching customers, thereby supporting product integrity and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances to the appropriate teams for corrective action.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration standards are met to guarantee measurement accuracy.

As an Inspector - Level 2 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections and quality checks on aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with stringent industry standards. Your role will involve using precision measurement tools, interpreting technical drawings, and documenting inspection results to maintain product integrity. You will report directly to our Sr Quality Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on an On-site work schedule.
