Engines & Power Systems provides the propulsion, auxiliary power and electrical systems that keep aircraft flying. As a Software Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that support aerospace applications. You will work on innovative projects that enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of aerospace systems.

You will report directly to our Space Sr Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Moca, Puerto Rico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development of critical aerospace software components that enable advanced aircraft systems and improve overall flight experience and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, test, and maintain software components for aerospace systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to enhance software performance and reliability.

As a Software Engr II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project completion. Impact innovative solutions driving efficiency and productivity.You will work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule. New External hires will work first 90 days in office prior to transitioning to Hybrid.
