Desk Engineer - Well Services

To coordinate Well Services operations, act as the main point of contact for customers, and ensure jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements. The role is also responsible for identifying business opportunities, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Well Services operations to ensure smooth and timely job execution.
- Serve as the main contact for customers, maintaining good relationships and responding to their operational needs.
- Work closely with field personnel, operations teams, and other departments to ensure jobs are properly planned and executed.
- Monitor ongoing operations, address issues promptly, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Identify and capture business opportunities to support business growth and increase service revenue.
- Coordinate job documentation, service reports, and supporting documents to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Follow up on invoices and work closely with relevant teams to minimize billing delays.
- Take ownership of assigned jobs, ensuring proper coordination from planning through execution and invoicing.
- Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Well Engineer, Desk Engineer, or in a similar operational role within the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in Well Services, Wireline, Coiled Tubing, Slickline, Completions, or other relevant oilfield service operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of oilfield operations, job coordination, customer requirements, and invoicing processes.
