We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Technical Account Manager to join our market-leading Global Occupier Services business, working with a prestigious client based in Amsterdam.

• Customer Service delivery must be to the standard, or higher than specified in the Service Level Agreement.
• Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen derived from experience in a similar role.
• Drive best in class team performance and excellence in gaining industry recognition.
• Deliver client and Contractor strategy across the portfolio in a decisive clear manor.
• Interacting with the clients stakeholders when appropriate offering a solid continuous relationship and fully understanding the Employers requirements.
• Direct Liaison with the client’s operational & engineering facilities management.
• Maintain strong effective team communications.
• Hold and own all sub-Contractor, Contractor team and relevant client meetings.
• Ensure all services are delivered in a professional, efficient, customer focused manner.
• Focused on 100% uptime across the portfolio, driving performance excellence from the wider team.
• Deliver continuous improvement, innovation across all service lines.
• To ensure that all records are maintained accurately and in time.
• Overall management of the site portfolio risk profile; focused on Employer requirements and escalating where required to the Employer’s operations.
• Accounts and MI produced accurately, on time and in set formats as agreed with the Employer.
• Ensures all key management appointments are in line with the contractual requirements.
• To develop, mentor and maintain a succession plan.
• Overall responsibility for the skills and development of the team, keeping relevant qualifications up to date in accordance of the contract and legislation.
• Leads and provides added value over and above the service levels detailed in this contract.
• Investigates opportunities to improve technological automation into the processes that are in place or to be developed.
• Oversight and ownership of all escalations, incidents that occur across the account and the reporting presentation to the client.
