HealthPartners is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is an opportunity to help shape a newly established enterprise FP&A function designed to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. With visibility across care delivery, health plan, and shared services, the role provides broad exposure to the business and the opportunity to influence decisions at both strategic and operational levels.

The Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting while partnering with accounting to analyze financial results, explain performance drivers, and determine implications for future forecasts. Working closely with finance and operational leaders, the Manager brings together information from across the organization and transforms complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.

A key part of the role is helping leaders understand not only what is happening financially, but why it is happening and what it means for the business. The Manager will develop financial narratives, support executive-level presentations, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights that help leadership evaluate priorities, investments, and strategic initiatives.

Reporting to a Vice President of Strategic Finance & FP&A, the Manager will initially lead one Senior Financial Analyst while helping shape the capabilities, processes, and direction of this growing function.

For someone energized by building something new, this role offers the opportunity to make an early impact, gain broad exposure across HealthPartners, and help shape how financial insights inform strategic decisions across the organization.
