The Quality Manager leads the Quality Management System (QMS) and drives continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality objectives. The Quality Manager leads internal and external audits, manages customer quality performance, oversees supplier quality activities, and drives corrective and preventive actions to achieve world-class product quality and customer satisfaction.
