About the Team & Business Line:
As a valuable member of the People & Performance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, support Oracle HCM delivery, and help the business achieve its goals.
The Functional Business Analyst – Oracle HCM serves as the bridge between People & Performance teams and functional and technical delivery partners. The role translates business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions and supports process improvement, system enhancements, testing, and user adoption across assigned modules.
