Job Overview:
The Risk Management Specialist applies their knowledge of risk and opportunity management principles and, with a moderate level of guidance from colleagues and leadership, supports a range of project risk management activities. They are responsible for analyzing practical solutions using established processes and procedures while developing knowledge of the Company, its processes, and customers. The Risk Management Specialist understands key business drivers and applies technical judgment, experience, and established methodologies to support effective project risk and opportunity management.
The Risk Management Specialist applies existing knowledge and experience in the risk management discipline to support routine assignments. They utilize industry best practices and knowledge of internal and external issues to support the delivery and continuous improvement of risk and opportunity management processes, tools, and services.
