CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST CZ/SK
CUSTOMER / TRADE MARKETING
As our Customer Marketing Specialist CZ/SK, you will help translate brand strategies into impactful customer and in-store execution across the Czech and Slovak markets, supporting promotional plans, product launches, and customer-specific activations that drive brand and category growth.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Customer Marketing Specialist CZ/SK, you play a critical role in supporting customer and channel plans from preparation through execution and evaluation. You will work closely with Sales, Brand teams, customers, and external partners to deliver high-quality activations, strengthen brand visibility, and improve commercial performance.
You will manage:
1. Customer Activation & Promotional Planning
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional plans and customer/channel activities
- Develop customer-specific activation plans aligned with brand strategy and CEE/Global guidelines
- Translate brand priorities into effective customer execution
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
2. Product Launches & In-Store Execution
- Coordinate and execute new product launches for assigned brands and customers
- Manage launch preparation, execution follow-up, and results evaluation
- Coordinate POSM planning, production, and implementation
- Conduct store checks and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, availability, and execution
3. Assortment, Planograms & Multichannel Activities
- Support assortment and planogram management
- Ensure agreed portfolio and visibility principles are translated into customer execution
- Support multichannel and digital brand activities in line with CEE/Global guidelines
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to deliver consistent execution across channels
4. Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market, customer, and promotional data
- Translate findings into clear business conclusions and recommendations
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, launches, assortment, and in-store execution
- Prepare materials for customer presentations, business reviews, internal meetings, and planning cycles
5. Tools, Suppliers & Operational Excellence
- Maintain Customer Marketing tools, databases, and supporting documentation
- Manage Purchase Orders and assigned operational processes
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies to ensure accurate and timely execution
- Support additional Customer Marketing projects as required
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an early-career Customer Marketing professional, you combine creativity with commercial and analytical thinking. You are proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing several priorities, and enjoy collaborating across functions.
Your skills and experience include:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience within FMCG, Beauty, or Retail is preferred
- Good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Proactive, ownership-focused, and adaptable working style
- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and detail
- Very good English and Czech communication skills
