Purpose & Scope

As the GBS Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation initiatives across a complex, multinational organization. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure measurable financial and operational outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, Workplace, Procurement, Digital and Technology, and other business functions, you will strengthen transformation governance, drive organizational alignment, and ensure sustainable value realization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GBS Head to execute end to end transformation, including organizational changes and transitions.
• Lead the planning and execution of global, cross-functional transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the team of PMs, change managers and Consultants to deliver all program outcomes.
• Establish and oversee transformation governance, including integrated plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, executive reporting, and delivery accountability.
• Drive financial performance and value realization by tracking business cases, validating benefits, monitoring investments, and ensuring transparent, audit-ready reporting and business case tracking.
• Build alignment and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions, mobilizing resources, resolving competing priorities, and embedding sustainable change. Drive cross functional integration, resolve duplications and track dependencies.
• Act as deputy of GBS Head in transformation related work, meetings, workshops.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global transformation, enterprise-wide change, strategic program management, or similar roles within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional transformational initiatives and measurable financial, operational, and organizational outcomes. Record of building or establishing global services would be a big plus.
• Experience with GBS . Experience with Finance, HR , workplace and IT services would be an advantage.
• Expertise in transformation governance, portfolio and program management, business-case management, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders at C-suite level, lead teams, and drive execution across functions, regions, and global matrix structures.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and change leadership skills, with a focus on accountability, risk management, and sustainable business impact.
• Readiness to travel and work across time zones.

Education

• Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, or equivalent.
• An advanced degree or relevant qualification in business administration, transformation, program management, finance, or change management is preferred. MBA would be an advantage
