  • 1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for the department to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of hotel equipment and facilities.
  • 2. Monitor energy consumption and maintenance costs during shifts to maximize energy savings and cost reduction for the hotel.
  • 3. Promote the implementation of energy-saving operational programs and control maintenance budget expenditures.
  • 4. Assist in analyzing project quotations and conduct on-site inspections of construction work and progress.
  • 5. Support the Engineering Manager in fire safety and overall safety operations.
  • 6. Assist in establishing comprehensive technical and maintenance records for equipment.
  • Job Requirements
  • 1. Associate degree or higher; at least three years of relevant work experience in the same position.
  • 2. Must have a solid understanding of fundamental knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering equipment.
  • 3. Able to fully grasp the operational mindset of the Engineering Department Manager, organize and direct the implementation of various departmental work plans, ensuring smooth operation of the Engineering Department.
  • 4. Possess strong dedication, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, integrity, and impartiality; avoid personal gain.
  • 5. Good physical health and high energy levels.
  • 6. Proficiency in HVAC required.
