At Advengers, we're looking for a creative, sports-savvy Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture, knows what's trending before it trends, and can turn big sporting moments into engaging social media experiences.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for sports brands, campaigns, and projects.
- Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, from match-day posts and real-time reactions to viral trends and storytelling campaigns.
- Build and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Stay on top of sports news, major events, fan culture, and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with creative, design, video, and account management teams to bring ideas to life.
- Monitor community engagement and identify opportunities for real-time interaction.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within sports, entertainment, or an advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of the sports landscape, fan communities, and digital sports culture.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- A creative mindset with a talent for engaging storytelling and social-first ideas.
- Experience with content planning, publishing tools, and social media analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to react quickly to live sporting moments, trends, and cultural conversations.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for sports.
Bonus points if you
- Have worked with sports clubs, leagues, athletes, or sports-related brands.
- Have experience creating short-form video content, especially Reels and TikToks.
- Are familiar with live sports coverage and real-time content creation.
- Know how to turn a big match, a memorable play, or a fan reaction into content worth sharing.
