The company works primarily with digital-native businesses across Europe, including clients in gaming, gambling, fintech, IT, and adjacent technology-driven industries. Its technology portfolio includes leading cloud and web security platforms and solutions.
As the business continues to grow, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive - Hunter to drive new business development across European markets.
This is a pure hunter role for a senior sales professional who already has an active network of potential clients and knows how to turn relationships into complex, high-value B2B opportunities.
You will focus on two core areas: Cloud Infrastructure and Web Security, working with digital-native companies that require scalable, high-performance, and secure technology infrastructure.
The position is remote, and the candidate's location is flexible. What matters most is an active and relevant client network across European markets.
Your future tasks:
- Drive new business acquisition across European markets
- Develop sales opportunities within digital-native industries, including gaming, gambling, fintech, and IT
- Leverage your existing professional network to identify and engage potential customers
- Proactively build your own pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound leads
- Sell solutions across Cloud Infrastructure and Web Security
- Identify customer infrastructure, performance, scalability, and security needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within target accounts
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and manage complex opportunities with an average sales cycle of approximately 2-4 months
- Build a sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities and take ownership of individual sales targets
- Focus on profitable business growth and understand the commercial performance of deals, including Gross Profit (GP)
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring business and renewals
- Maintain ownership of your pipeline and sales activities with a high degree of independence
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in B2B technology sales and new business development
- Strong hunter sales background with demonstrated success proactively generating and closing new business
- An active and established client network across European markets - this is a key requirement for the role
- Existing relationships with decision-makers within digital-native companies, particularly in gaming, gambling, fintech, IT, or adjacent industries
- Proven ability to generate significant Gross Profit, ideally with a track record around $500K+ GP annually or a comparable level of sales performance
- Experience selling Cloud Infrastructure, Web Security, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or related technology solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and/or web security solutions
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles of 2+ months
- Proven ability to independently source opportunities, build a pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
- Experience working with large commercial opportunities and senior-level decision-makers
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of Gross Profit rather than revenue alone
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and develop recurring business
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English and proven experience working with European clients in English
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities without close supervision
- Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment
- Willingness to work under a B2B contract
Will be an advantage:
- Direct sales experience with Google Cloud and/or Cloudflare solutions
- Existing client network specifically within the gaming or gambling industry
- Experience selling to fintech and other high-growth digital-native companies
- Experience with recurring revenue models, subscriptions, managed services, or other long-term technology contracts
- Strong understanding of cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, web performance, and cybersecurity
- Experience selling through technology partnerships or within an IT integrator environment
- Track record of closing high-value technology deals with long-term commercial potential
