Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales and revenue from prospective and existing client accounts within the assigned vertical
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Activities to support pipeline and account activity include: managing timely detailed proposal responses, tracking activity in CRM, forecasting, conducting competitive research and knowledge of Bitdefender service offerings
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication
- Develop a strategic account plan for each named account to increase engagement value
- Monitor all stages of projects or campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
Requirements:
- At least 5 years sales experience in the IT industry
- Knowledge, understanding and prior experience in software sales, professional and/or managed services is an advantage
- Strong background and knowledge of opening up new markets, strategic account management and sales process
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, written skills, accountability, ownership and ability to build relationships (English and Mandarin)
- Proven ability to translate the clients' need(s) into solution requirements through creating value propositions
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Understanding of MEDDIC Sales Methodology is a plus
