Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the firm's Finance Department, supporting the Subrogation practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume billing workload, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of invoices while supporting attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the billing process.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Please note this is a hybrid work opportunity based in Philadelphia, requiring three days in the office and two days working remotely. This position reports directly to the Manager, Finance Insurance Operations.
