Job Summary: The butler is responsible for all aspects of the guests' care during their stay and will provide attentive personalized service according to internationally-approved standards. As a Butler, you will benefit from continued service training and play a key role in achieving our goal of providing our most elite guests with the highest professional standards in Butler Service, thus exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and inspecting guest suites and other areas that may be requested
Ensuring that all procedures and responsibilities related to greeting/arrival are adhered to including property tours and VIP standards
Attending pre and post shift meetings and department meetings as scheduled
Working with other departments to ensure guest preferences are met
Documenting required paperwork and pays strong attention to details when accommodating guests' needs
Ensuring guest preferences and requests are noted and fulfilled

Qualifications:

High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the Hospitality Industry
Professional Butler certification is an advantage
Valid Food Handler's Permit
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must pay keen attention to details and be proactive

Work Environment:

Indoor/outdoor spaces in varying temperature
May be required to work outside normal hours, on weekends, and public holidays
Heavy guest interaction
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects
Walking and standing for long hours
Ability to bend, squat, sit, climb, reach, and kneel
