Role
We’re looking for a Senior UGC Manager to own creator campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and communication to final delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time and aligned with the brief.
You’ll work closely with the creative team to align on content direction and with project managers to keep timelines on track. You’ll also support and guide UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks and stepping in when needed.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns for key accounts, from creator sourcing to final delivery
Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit
Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
Work closely with and manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution, strong campaign outcomes, and timely delivery
Keep internal systems clean and up to date
Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion
What we’re looking for:
At least 4 years of experience owning UGC or influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
Solid understanding of UGC best practices and creator content
Hands-on experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Available to work during EST business hours.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Frame.io, Mailshake, and Smartlead
Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.
