Senior Level Marketing Account Manager

In this role, you will serve as a trusted client partner, helping turn complex marketing and sales performance into clear direction, practical next steps, and meaningful progress for a portfolio of B2B clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify needed changes and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Drive measurable progress and performance improvement for each client account.
- Build strong client relationships and lead video calls to resolve challenges.
- Communicate effectively with different types of B2B leaders and stakeholders.
- Delegate work and review deliverables to help maintain quality.
- Manage daily communications across multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B client account management experience.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and manage daily communications across at least 10 client accounts.
- Availability during Central Time business hours.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.
