Oasis HVAC is looking for a Hybrid Dispatcher / CSR to help support our growing service department. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and dispatch responsibilities in a fast-paced home service environment.
This position offers a hybrid schedule:
- Thursday & Friday – In Office
- Saturday, Sunday & Monday – Fully Remote
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling customer calls while coordinating technicians efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service appointments and manage dispatching
- Coordinate technician routes and communicate schedule updates
- Assist customers with questions and appointment needs
- Maintain accurate notes and job information in the system
- Help manage weekend and after-hours scheduling needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dispatching and/or CSR experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet for remote shifts
- Strong customer service mindset
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
