About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow Playable Factory's presence across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the UAE, KSA, and Jordan markets.

If you have a background in AdTech, mobile advertising, or SaaS sales and enjoy building relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and opening new markets, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an on-site position based at Tamatem's office in Amman, Jordan.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and growing existing accounts.
• Drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands, non-gaming apps, advertisers, and agency partners.
• Develop and expand strategic accounts across international markets.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align go-to-market efforts.
• Share customer and market insights to help improve the product and sales process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within AdTech, SaaS, or mobile advertising.
• Experience selling programmatic advertising to brands or working with major media agencies such as GroupM, WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, or Omnicom is highly relevant.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Turkish.
• An established network and proven experience in the UAE, KSA, and Jordan markets, particularly with brands, advertisers, and leading media agencies.
• Experience managing clients and driving growth across the EMEA region is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site work environment.
• Experience working with international clients or developing new markets is a plus.
