- Central America Market Leader
The Central America Market Leader will be responsible for driving business growth, sales performance, and market development across the region. The role will lead the commercial strategy, strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners, and ensure execution against revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the business strategy and commercial performance for Central America.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
- Monitor business KPIs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Represent the company as a senior commercial leader in the region.
Profile
- Strong experience in Sales, Commercial Management, or Country/Regional Leadership.
- Proven experience managing business results and strategic customers.
- Technology industry and channel ecosystem experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience working across Central America is highly desirable.
