Relationship Manager WM Eastern Europe

Are you a strong relationship builder with a track record of developing business opportunities and building trusted partnerships with sophisticated clients?Do you combine commercial drive with sound judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of complex financial situations? We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Relationship Manager to help grow our Eastern Europe-focused Wealth Management business.
We are interested in candidates with a strong track record advising entrepreneurs, executives, investors, institutions, or family-owned businesses. Existing wealth management experience or an existing private client book is welcome but not required.
In this role, you will:
• develop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting prospective clients and referral sources
• identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, family business owners, investors, and other sophisticated clients across Eastern Europe
• build a strong network through market engagement, referrals, professional relationships, and internal collaboration
• develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and connect them with UBS's investment, advisory, and wealth planning capabilities
• ensure all client activities comply with regulatory, cross-border, risk and compliance requirements
• support a strong risk culture, high standards of conduct, and an excellent client experience
