Work you’ll do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation, you will lead the functional strategy and delivery of marketing transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients across content supply chain, CRM, personalization, martech, and data and analytics. You will:
- Own workstreams spanning content operations, digital asset management, marketing resource management, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics
- Shape and deliver AI-enabled marketing solutions, including generative content production, personalization, and agentic workflows
- Translate business strategy into functional and technical requirements, and align business, IT, and engineering teams around them
- Manage scope, timeline, and client expectations across complex, multi-vendor programs using Agile delivery
- Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and technology leaders, advising on operating model, platform, and roadmap decisions
- Drive growth by leading proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and early-stage solution shaping
- Coach and develop staff members on your teams

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or industry, including work with clients in regulated industries
- 6+ years of experience leading or supporting marketing transformation or technology implementation programs, including 5+ years with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe (e.g., AEM, Workfront), Salesforce (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Data 360), or composable platforms
- 1+ years of experience applying or advising on generative AI, large language models, or AI and machine learning in a marketing context
- Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, or client presentations
- Experience applying Agile methodologies in transformation or technology implementation programs
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Experience with customer data platforms, CRM platforms, or other marketing technology platforms
- Certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms
- Experience building or implementing agentic AI use cases in marketing
- Experience leading or mentoring teams on client engagements
- Familiarity with marketing operating model design and governance
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 - $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
