What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, talent, and vendors at a high-profile media and entertainment office location by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
- Serve as the primary front desk point of contact by greeting guests, verifying appointments and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
- Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, observe visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and adherence to site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
- Operate reception and security-related systems, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and coordinate with building management, client representatives, and emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
