The Transport Rider is responsible for delivering goods and parcels efficiently and safely to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver goods, documents, and parcels to assigned locations promptly and safely.

Ensure accurate handling and delivery of items as per instructions.

Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.

Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the motorcycle or delivery vehicle is in good working condition.

Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery status.

Report any issues or incidents during delivery promptly.

Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.

Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
Requirements

Valid motorcycle driving license. (Full license)

Proven experience as a delivery rider or similar role preferred.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
