Your key responsibilities
- Preparing analyses and opinions in various areas of law; in particular, corporate and commercial, competition, financial, pharmaceutical and labor law
- Participating in preparation of client transactions and subsequent preparation of implementation and other documents, as required
- Cooperating with colleagues from other services lines and countries in preparing joint projects, often for major international and Slovak companies
- Monitoring legal news and changes and assessing their potential impact on clients of our law firm
- Engaging in continuous learning not only in law, but also in other advisory-related areas, through internal or external training and cooperation with more experienced colleagues
Skills and attributes for success
- • Master’s degree in law
- Previous work experience is not required, but is considered an advantage
- Fluent in Slovak and English
- Strong communication skills and effective time management
- Interest in participating in client engagements and contributing innovative ideas
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Team player with a desire to grow professionally and pursue continuous learning
• PC literacy (advanced in both MS Office and MS Excel)
