Role Overview:

As the Multi-Property Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across multiple hotels by sourcing, securing, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the Group Segment.
Reporting to the Multi Property Director of Sales & Marketing, you will focus on proactive business development, account management, and revenue generation, building strong client relationships while positioning our hotels as market leaders. Combining a strategic sales mindset with a passion for hospitality, you will identify new business opportunities, retain key accounts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve revenue growth across rooms, events, and food & beverage.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition across Groups segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts to maximise revenue and market share.
- Identify opportunities across rooms, events, food & beverage,
- Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets through proactive sales activity.
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MICE agencies, and event planners.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarisation programs.
- Deliver exceptional service and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Represent the hotels and Marriott brand at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage Marriott's global sales network and loyalty programs to drive results.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Track performance, pipeline activity, and revenue opportunities.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver commercial success.
- Support a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with Marriott values.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest experiences.
About You:
- Previous hotel sales department experience
- Must have a relevant diploma or higher, or hold at least 2 or more years relevant experience
- Proven success in driving MICE, Groups, Corporate, or Events revenue.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems preferred.
- The highest level of professionalism and presentation
- Thrive on direct engagement with a vision to grow and develop yourself and the business
- Be results driven and have a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with guests, team members, and other departments
