Objective:

Maintain the databases of vendors or clients (third party or intercompany), products, brands, media used by LATAM for direct (production); as well as obtaining the required legal/tax information for the proper set up.

1. Master Database Creation & Maintenance

• Create and maintain master database records, including information on who payments may be issued to, taxpayer IDs, banking information, and additional address information, from a common queue.

1. Information Review & Validation

• Review information from pre-established templates, invoices presented, and/or templates provided directly by the vendor or BU/Resources contact.

1. Taxation Support & Documentation

• Support taxation efforts by updating the master databases.
• For Latin American requests, ensure the proper legal/tax documentation is received along with the request.

1. Request Tracking & Controls

• Ensure all requests received daily are diligently tracked in the controls database.

1. Agency-Specific Exceptions

• Understand and apply the different exceptions that affect agencies, depending on the type of BU and/or brand.

1. Policies & SLA Compliance

• Ensure all data processing services provided follow Agency/Corporate Policies and are fulfilled within the SLAs.

1. Special Projects & Database Cleanup

• Perform special projects assigned by the different LOBs, such as database duplicate cleanup.

1. Access Requests & Controls

• Fulfill access requests for different business partners and clients according to Groupe SOD controls.

• University studies in progress in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate English Level (B1 or more).
• Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice to have skills:

• SAP knowledge.
• Excel knowledge.
