The Opportunity

As the Business Support Executive, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Core Diagnostics Supply Chain Hub and Public Affairs Director. This role involves coordinating payment processes, supporting onboarding activities, arranging travel, and managing documentation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do

Core Diagnostics Supply Chain Hub

• Prepare and submit PR/PO and invoices for office bills.
• Verify and track invoice approvals in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including workstation and laptop set-up and welcome materials.
• Serve as point of contact for new hires’ administrative queries.
• Plan and coordinate team events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.

Public Affairs Director Support

• Coordinate flight and hotel bookings via the appointed travel agent (CWT).
• Ensure itineraries meet business needs and are aligned with travel policies.
• Prepare and submit PR/POs, ACRs, and invoices for the department.
• Track status and ensure timely processing and payments.
• Maintain organized and updated records of all departmental transactions and documents.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative, business support, office management, or related functions.
• Ability to coordinate payment processes, PR/PO submissions, invoices, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining records and supporting compliance requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements and onboarding activities is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
