This highly visible principal individual contributor role requires the ability to move between organizational strategy, engineering detail, and hands-on implementation. You will independently lead ambiguous, cross-functional programs, translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements, and build tooling that reduces manual work and improves delivery.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Quality, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs to integrate medical device requirements into development and operational workflows. A key focus will be using automation to improve requirements tracking, documentation, evidence collection, and readiness for regulatory reviews, audits, certifications, and product releases.
As a strategic partner to the Director of Operations, you will also support organizational planning, resource allocation, and executive decision-making. Success requires technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering measurable improvements across teams.

Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager – Operations to lead complex technical and operational initiatives, with a strong emphasis on automation, internal tooling, and regulated medical device development. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on technical leader, building scalable solutions that improve execution across Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines technical program leadership with practical experience building automation and using Codex and other AI-assisted development tools. You will pair these capabilities with medical device regulatory experience to strengthen documentation, traceability, release readiness, and compliance as HDI expands globally.
