Working closely with churches, faith leaders, caregivers, communities, and project partners, the Coordinator ensures the effective delivery of project interventions that enable registered children to grow in faith through age-appropriate discipleship, strengthen parents' and caregivers' capacity to nurture faith and love within the home, and support churches to demonstrate sustainable holistic witness and community transformation.

The position is responsible for project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning, safeguarding, partnership engagement, and quality assurance to ensure the achievement of project objectives and compliance with World Vision standards, donor requirements, and child protection commitments. The Coordinator will manage project resources and budgets, ensuring effective financial planning, expenditure monitoring, stewardship, and compliance with financial policies and donor requirements.

The role is accountable for the preparation and submission of high-quality donor and management reports, documentation of project impact and learning, and timely communication of project progress, risks, and results. The position will coordinate closely with National Office technical teams, Area Programme staff, churches, and implementing partners to ensure integrated and effective project delivery.
