We have an opportunity for a Sr Program Specialist (Project Manager – Building Automation Installations) to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest where you will manage assigned projects in accordance with company procedures and in support of the overall objectives of HBS Project Operations including maintenance of backlog, continuous improvement of project margin, customer satisfaction, schedule, and working capital and safety performance.
You will report directly to our Program Manager / Sr. Program Supervisor and you will work in our office Bucharest, Romania or in any site client location.
In this role, the impact of a Sr. Program Specialist is comprehensive, encompassing efficient project execution, project team leadership, project planning and strategy, quality assurance, subcontractor quality management, site engineering coordination, assignation of the technical work force, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, issue resolution, data analysis, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
