Sr. Finance Supervisor

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Corporate organization. This role will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L while partnering with finance and functional leaders across Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, Planning, Transformation, and ISC Leadership. The position will help strengthen financial visibility, governance, productivity, and decision support across a global ISC functional cost base.

Key Responsibilities

Support finance business partnering for ISC Corporate Functions by providing timely planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across a global functional organization.
Execute AOP, Forecast, Strategic Plan, and Month-End Close activities for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L, ensuring accurate submissions, reconciliations, and performance visibility.
Partner with finance and functional stakeholders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and productivity actions that improve business performance.
Develop actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, advanced analytics, and clear management reporting.
Support scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development to inform strategic and operational decisions.
Maintain compliance with Honeywell financial policies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
Contribute to automation, process standardization, and digital finance initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support.
