As a Director Labor and Relations here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position in managing and shaping labor relations within our organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive labor relations strategies, overseeing collective bargaining negotiations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. By fostering positive employee relations and maintaining strong partnerships with unions, you will contribute to creating a harmonious and productive work environment for our employees.
You will report directly to our VP Labor & Employee Relations, and you’ll work out of one of our hub locations such as: Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall employee relations climate, driving positive employee relations, and managing complex labor disputes and grievances in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
