The Salesforce Platform Manager is a senior platform leadership role responsible for the long-term health, strategic direction, commercial stewardship, compliance posture, and operational governance of Emerson's enterprise Salesforce platform. This role owns the coordinated platform roadmap across Business Groups and Enterprise Areas, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are aligned to Emerson's commercial, service, channel, data, and digital transformation priorities. Beyond day-to-day platform ownership, this role manages Salesforce licenses, entitlements, vendor relationships, release intake, platform health metrics, technical debt visibility, and enterprise-wide governance alignment. The Platform Owner partners with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Business Group leaders, implementation partners, and the Salesforce Center of Excellence to balance standardization, scalability, risk management, and business agility.
