Job Description

Leads Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay implementations for customers. Provides quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales. Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products. Conduct presentations within the organization and externally represent the brands.

  • Mentors and coaches’ junior consultants on projects and implementations.
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop system configurations to satisfy clients’ needs and increase their knowledge.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves defects assigned.
  • Assists with preparation of training materials and teaches customers how to utilize the system.
  • Works with project managers to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Accurately tracks and reports time and expenses.
  • Participate in weekly internal meetings.

Required qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
  • Current/valid Professional Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Compensation & Variable Pay module.
  • 5+ years SuccessFactors consultant experience implementing SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
  • Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay implementations (at least 2 as the Lead) ͏
  • Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Completion of multiple SuccessFactors or related projects.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.

Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay

Mandatory Skills: SAP Successfactor Comp Variable Pay . Experience: 8-10 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
