Principal Consultant – Enterprise Storage  – Job Description

Role Overview:

  • The Principal Consultant will act as the technical authority for enterprise storage services, responsible for architecture, consulting, modernization, performance optimization, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, governance, and transformation initiatives across multi-vendor storage environments.
  • The role requires deep expertise across Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, and Pure Storage platforms along with strong experience in SAN technologies, storage modernization, cloud integration, and enterprise infrastructure consulting.

Experience Requirements: Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12–20+ years of enterprise storage experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least Two major OEM storage platforms and working knowledge of all four.
  • Strong architecture, consulting, migration, and transformation experience.
  • Proven customer-facing stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities.
  • Experience managing mission-critical enterprise storage environments and large-scale infrastructure modernization programs.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering
  • ITIL / Cloud / VMware certifications preferred
