Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading the discovery, architecture, and data modelling efforts for a scalable, cloud-native data platform. Oversees end-to-end architecture, CDC design, and ensures alignment with enterprise data strategies.

Strong experience with cloud-native data architecture (preferably AWS)
Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling
Data Lakehouse architecture and design
Hands-on with ER modelling, normalization, dimensional modelling
Experience with large-scale structured & semi-structured datasets (e.g., JSON)
CDC (Change Data Capture) and Data Lineage frameworks
Data governance and metadata management
AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, IAM, KMS)
Lucidchart, dbt, ER/Studio, SQL Developer
Git, GitLab and other Dev/DataOps workflows
Architecture diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io)

Mandatory Skills: Modern Data Platform Engineering . Experience: 8-10 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
