Lead Systems Analyst, Dynatrace

Directly responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the enterprise monitoring, observability, and operational health program. This role establishes governance standards, drives monitoring maturity initiatives, and ensures visibility into the availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of enterprise technology services. The position serves as a key liaison between infrastructure, cloud, application, database, security, and service management teams to deliver proactive operational monitoring and continuous service improvement.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD, which is dependent on several factors, including relevant experience, geography, business needs, and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
