The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of customer program-specific material content. This individual will own the operational performance of program specific commodities, including but not limited to, CCA’s, PCB’s, RF Filters, Machined Parts, Cables, Connectors, and Electronic Components. The Supply Chain Program Manager will source, audit, negotiate, award, develop, and manage supply base in alignment with cross-functional teams and in support of the over-arching Program strategy and financial commitments.

The candidate will act as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and must be a highly accountable professional with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, while leveraging these relationships to improve program material quality, costs, service, and preserve Department of Defense (DOD) certification. Able to perform work that is complex in nature, which involves critical thinking and attention to detail to support the programs.

The Supply Chain Program Manager will be a driver that can hit goals and work projects with a sense of urgency. This individual will be expected to work in an environment where continuous improvement methods are utilized to manufacture quality products according to design specifications and customer expectations. This role will report to the Director of Logistics, has a hybrid work arrangement, and will work from our San Diego, CA location.

This position also requires up to 25-50% travel. The Supply Chain Program Manager will be a driver that can hit goals and work projects with a sense of urgency. This individual will be expected to work in an environment where continuous improvement methods are utilized to manufacture quality products according to design specifications and customer expectations.
