The Attorney II - HSE plays a central role in the day-to-day management of the company’s environmental remediation portfolio, HSE litigation docket, and public company disclosure obligations related to environmental and safety liabilities. With the company newly operating as an independent public entity carrying significant legacy environmental obligations, this role directly supports the accuracy and completeness of the company’s regulatory, financial, and investor-facing communications on HSE matters while helping drive efficient resolution of remediation and litigation exposure. We will consider applicants in either Phoenix, AZ or Arlington, VA locations and you will work a hybrid schedule.

 
The Attorney II will serve as a key member of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) legal team at Honeywell Aerospace, a new public aerospace company. This position reports to the General Counsel - HSE within the Legal Department and works closely with the Remediation and Redevelopment Group, HSE operations and compliance leadership, environmental consultants, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners across the organization. We will consider applicants in either Phoenix, AZ or Arlington, VA locations and you will work a hybrid schedule.
