Lead Project Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Lead Project Engineer (Prague or Brno office) to lead the development of advanced system solutions for a key European customer.
In this role, you will lead a team of Project Engineers while acting as the technical authority for the program. You will drive technical decisions, manage priorities, balance cost, schedule, and performance objectives, and ensure successful project execution. We are seeking a candidate with a strong engineering background, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Depending on your location, you will work on a hybrid work schedule, 3 days from the office in Brno or Prague and 2 days from home.
