Lead R&O Maint Technician (5th Shift)

In this role, you will impact the overall operational uptime and safety of our manufacturing and production facilities by ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, reducing downtime and supporting continuous production flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

As a Lead R&O Maint Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will take a leading role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and guiding a team to uphold high standards of safety and performance. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule.
